Arif Khan is a German-born British filmmaker, based in LA and San Francisco.
He previously held roles at USC's World-Building Media Lab and Warner Animation Group before joining Oculus Story Studio, the Emmy award-winning team within Oculus VR dedicated to the research and development of virtual reality storytelling.
His USC thesis film, The Silent Scream had its world premiere at the 50th Sitges International Film Festival.
Prior to studying Film Production at the University of Southern California, he earned his Masters in Creative Writing from the University of Cambridge. While attending, he wrote & directed for the Marlowe Society, one of Cambridge’s oldest and most prestigious drama societies.
He is currently a Film/VR Producer at Airbnb Creative Studio.
